Lady Karen is an author and professional speaker. In 2008 she published her personal testimony of God’s deliverance in the book, “Letting God See Me Naked” and is currently developing additional literary works. She now tours the country presenting workshops on spiritual transparency using her books and an accompanying workbook as curriculum. Professionally, she is the owner of a consulting firm serving governmental, corporate and private clients. Karen has a MBA in Corporate Finance, BSBA in Accounting, is a Certified Scrum Master, and a licensed Building Class E Contractor.

Karen is married with two children. She is a licensed Evangelist Missionary in the Church of God in Christ. Lady Karen is a member of New Fellowship Christian Church in Omaha, Nebraska where she serves in various capacities under the leadership of her husband & Pastor, Superintendent Demetrius Watson. ​She volunteers in her local community and serves and has served on the Boards of several organizations.

Karen believes that words have power and that she has the God given ability to facilitate the process of change in people and organizations with the right Word. She has a joyful up-lifting sense of humor and can make you laugh in the midst of a crisis. Karen speaks in Ministerial and Corporate settings delivering powerful impactful messages leaving her audiences inspired.

Of her many accomplishments, Karen is most proud of her acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and is proud to share her faith walk and testimony with others.
